Do you give refunds?

No, but if notified within 24 hours of service, we will be glad to come back and correct any items missed or not properly cleaned.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

Payment for your cleaning is due the day of the cleaning. We accept credit/ debit cards and ACH bank transfers. The card we have on file will be charged when the cleaning is completed.

Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

No. Most customers are not home during the cleaning. Our cleaners will be glad to lock up when they are leaving.

How will the cleaner get into my home?

The cleaner can access your home with a garage code, door code, key placed inside a lockbox outside of the home or any other form of entry that you feel comfortable with. When you schedule your cleaning you can let us know your preferred method of entry and give us any code needed.

Can I have the same cleaner?

Absolutely! We will be glad to schedule the cleaner of your choice for your cleanings. However, due to availability, we cannot always schedule the same cleaner for recurring service less often than biweekly (every 2 weeks).

Do you supply equipment and supplies?

Our cleaner will show up with everything needed to do the job. However, if you prefer, the cleaner will be glad to use your equipment and supplies.
